Hummus, the mediterranean healthy fast food dish, is now popular all over the america. This dish is a low carb twist to the original recipe but we replaced the chickpeas with mashed cauliflower and instead of pita bread you can serve this dish with veggies. Rest of the ingredients are just the same .

3 Done | Prepare the TahiniTo make enough Tahini for a whole cauliflower head you will need about 4 to 5 TBSP of Tahini paste. Pour the paste to a bowl. Add ice water (the ice water give it the beautiful white texture) about 3-4 TBSP and start mixing together. Add more water if needed and keep stirring until you get one thick paste. |
