Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Ground Beef
- Any combination of 2 red yellow, or orange diced Bell Pepper
- 1 Small Chopped Red Onion
- 4 minced Garlic Clove
- 14.5 oz can Tomatoes with Basil and Oregano
- 14 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
- 6 oz can Tomato Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 c . pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1/2 c . crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 Tablespoon Torn Fresh Greek Oregano
- As taste Salt
- As taste Pepper
- 5 Zucchini
Directions
Greek Zoodles cook in just 20 minutes and are full of fresh, light and healthy clean flavors. This dish is made of simple ingredients tossed together with a perfect seasoning that will make you forget it’s actually healthy!
These zucchini noodles are topped with a hearty, flavorful sauce. The hot sauce softens the zoodles up just enough without making them mushy or watery.

Steps
1 Done | Cook the beef until browned in a large skillet and then drain |
2 Done | Add peppers and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. |
3 Done | Stir in garlic, and cook for 30 seconds. |
4 Done | Add tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. |
5 Done | Let simmer for 10 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. |
6 Done | While sauce is simmering, trim ends from washed zucchini. |
7 Done | Spiralize zucchini according to spiralizer directions. |
8 Done | Serve sauce over zucchini noodles (zoodles), and top with olives, feta, and fresh oregano just before serving. |
