- Ghee

Probably one of the easiest side dishes you can make. Cauliflower is just delicious in almost any variation you make it and this is no exception.
The roasted cauliflower makes an excellent side dish to any fish or meat meal you prepare. This is super easy to make anyone can make it.

1 Done | Step 1:Cut the cauliflower into thin slices add the garlic clove and onions (you can also add broccoli it works together wonderfully and add nice color to the dish) put everything in a bowl and add ghee butter, salt, pepper and olive oil. |
