1/2 cup diced preferably reduced-fat Feta Cheese
2 tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Lemon Zest
2 sliced Garlic Clove
1 teaspoon chopped Fresh Rosemary
Pinch of crushed Red Pepper
To taste Freshly Ground Pepper
