Ingredients
- 1 large, (8 cups 1-inch-thick slices), florets Cauliflower
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- To Taste Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 Cup finely shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Roasting isn’t the first cooking method when you think of Cauliflower but the results are quite delicious and fantastic. Also roasting the cauliflower gave it a nice almost nutty taste.
Sliced cauliflower provides an excellent flat surface that browns whenever it come into contact with the hot roasting pan. The sweet of the balsamic plays nicely with the salty of the cheese in this recipe.

Steps
1 Done | Preheat oven to 450°F |
2 Done | Toss cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt and pepper in a large bowl. |
3 Done | Roast for 15 to 20 minutes on a large rimmed baking sheet until starting to soften and brown on the bottom. |
4 Done | Toss the cauliflower with vinegar and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and any moisture has evaporated, 5 to 10 minutes more. Serve and Enjoy! |
