Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
About 500g of Ground Lamb
3 roughly chopped (reduce if you dont want it spicy) Green Chillies
2 chopped Garlic Clove
1 small piece chopped Ginger
2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
1 yolk of Egg
To tatse Salt and Pepper
3 medium, cut thinly Mushroom
Handful chopped Fresh Coriander
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon for sauce Oil
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 chopped Onions
1 inch piece minced Ginger
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 can of peeled Tomatoes better go with glass jar of tomatoes like mutti
2 Fresh Tomatoes
Half a glass of water

    This is a really tasty dish and very simple to make. Lamb meatballs that goes really well with a fresh green salad and cauliflower rice. Lightly spiced lamb meatballs make a great Middle Eastern midweek supper.

    Mix Ground lamb, green chilies, 1 garlic clove, ginger, cumin powder, egg yolk, salt & pepper, mushrooms, fresh coriander and oyster sauce really well until mixture binds together. Make them into about 12 medium sized balls and bake for 30 minutes. Keep aside.

    Fry cumin seeds in the oil for a minute then add garlic, onions and ginger, fry further 5 minutes.

    Combine with oil, cumin seeds, onion, garlic clove, ginger, coriander, ground cumin. Add water and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add the meatballs and leave for another 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste

    Serve with rice or spaghetti
