2 Red Pepper
2 Carrot
3 Scallion
Fresh Coriander Hand Full for garnish
5 Sardines Fresh or High quality Canned
Black pepper
Turmeric
Hot Spanish Paprika
1 Tomatoes
1-2 Garlic Clove
1.5 TBSP Coconut oil
1 TBSP Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 glass Lemon

    This super healthy and super tasty dish is a perfect lunch or dinner. it will impress any guest and you can also have it as your healthy evening dinner

    The sardines can be either fresh sardines or canned ones. Just make sure you get high-quality canned sardines preferably in olive oil.

    Step 1

    Heat on medium heat stove the coconut oil and olive oil.
    Add chopped papers (cut to cubes) and 2 grated carrots. Close pot lid
    After a few min when everything get softer add the chopped scallions close the pot and keep cooking for 5 min.

    Move the veggies to the side and add the and add the Sardines.
    Add the paprika on the sardines and the coriander and the lemon .
    Let the sardines grilled for a little more and add the turmeric and black pepper. cook for 10 min
