The Israeli and Arabic kitchen is often using Tahini as the paste on many dishes. Adding Tahini to chopped salad can be an excellent delicious side dish (some people even use it as main dish) for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. It’s super healthy and satisfying. Although Tahini is knows as a very healthy food it is still rich with Omega6 so you should limit the consumption.
