The Israeli and Arabic kitchen is often using Tahini as the paste on many dishes. Adding Tahini to chopped salad can be an excellent delicious side dish (some people even use it as main dish) for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. It’s super healthy and satisfying. Although Tahini is knows as a very healthy food it is still rich with Omega6 so  you should limit the consumption. To add Omega 3 to the balance we like to add Chia seeds to the Tahini or Anchovies both adding Omega 3. You can see our recipe for Anchovies Tahini here

GATHER THE INGREDIENTS

Gather all your favorited organic vegetables and chopped them finely. We use Cabbage (can be replaced with other greens), Cucumber, Tomato, Red onion and black Kalmata olives.

Season and Add Tahini

To season the salad we use High quality salt, Extra virgin olive oil and lemon at the exact same order as mentioned. After seasoning the salad pour the Tahini on top you can add some Zaat'ar on top and serve
