Ingredients
- About 500g of Ground Lamb
- 3 roughly chopped (reduce if you dont want it spicy) Green Chillies
- 2 chopped Garlic Clove
- 1 small piece chopped Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Cumin Powder
- 1 yolk of Egg
- To tatse Salt and Pepper
- 3 medium, cut thinly Mushroom
- Handful chopped Fresh Coriander
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon for sauce Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 chopped Onions
- 1 inch piece minced Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 can of peeled Tomatoesbetter go with glass jar of tomatoes like mutti
- 2 Fresh Tomatoes
- Half a glass of water
Directions
This is a really tasty dish and very simple to make. Lamb meatballs that goes really well with a fresh green salad and cauliflower rice. Lightly spiced lamb meatballs make a great Middle Eastern midweek supper.

Steps
1 Done | Mix Ground lamb, green chilies, 1 garlic clove, ginger, cumin powder, egg yolk, salt & pepper, mushrooms, fresh coriander and oyster sauce really well until mixture binds together. Make them into about 12 medium sized balls and bake for 30 minutes. Keep aside. |
2 Done | Fry cumin seeds in the oil for a minute then add garlic, onions and ginger, fry further 5 minutes. |
3 Done | Combine with oil, cumin seeds, onion, garlic clove, ginger, coriander, ground cumin. Add water and let it simmer for 3 minutes. Add the meatballs and leave for another 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste |
4 Done | Serve with rice or spaghetti |
