    Step 1

    Grate 1/2-1 floret depending on the size (usually 1/2 will be enough for 2-4 patties).
    Mix the grated cauliflower with 1 egg salt and pepper.

    Make an avocado salad. There are a few option and you should make your favorite blend. You can mix it with mayo and lemon, salt and pepper or without the mayo. You can also mix an egg in it but since we use eggs already you might want to skip it.

    Heat ghee in a skillet and pour in the middle of the skillet the cauliflower mix. Fry it until it's getting brown color and flip.

    In a separate skillet fry sunny side up eggs
