- 1/4-1/3 glass Ice water
- 1/2 teaspoon Atlantic sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2-5 fillets AnchoviesIn olive oil

This super healthy mediterranean side dish is just loved by everyone (yes even my 4 years old boy loves it). It’s super easy to make and tastes like no other. It’s a perfect side dish with fish . If you don’t like anchovies you should still try this recipe because the anchovies taste is not taking over it’s just a refreshing addition.
