1 tbsp Turmeric ground turmeric
1 tbsp Coconut oil Replace with olive oil for a Mediterranean flavor
1 Garlic Clove This is optional to add strong taste

    Cauliflower rice is probably one of my favorite replacement to the day to day rice. Just like rice you can play with the recipe and make it exactly the way you love it. It is a really true replacement sd s side dish like rice and it can accompany any main dish meat, fish or vegetarian. You can use it as a side dish for lunch or dinner. There are many ways you can make the cauliflower rice with turmeric, garlic, coconut oil or olive oil and more super healthy and tasty additions.

    Grated cauliflower head

    Grate the entire cauliflower head, even the stem with a greater.

    * Optional - Garlic clove

    cut the garlic clove to small slices

    Melt coconut oil (or olive oil) In a pot

    Melt the oil over low heat.

    Add cauliflower

    Add the cauliflower to the pre warmed oil

    Seasoning

    Add grated turmeric, pepper and high quality salt. Stir well and cook on low heat for 10-15 min. Stir occasionally and taste.

    Finish cooking and cover pot

    After the cauliflower rice is ready (taste and decide how soft you like it but make sure it's not burnt on the bottom), cover the pot with a kitchen towel and let it cool down for 5-10 min before serving
