Avocado
3 Kalamata Olives
Atlantic sea salt To taste (in a grinder about 1-2 twists)
1 Olive Oil
1 Lemon
Feta Cheese Optional

    For this salad you will want to either use Cabbage for a more arabic style or Lettuce as the base of the salad. A good rule of thumb is to have about 1/2-1 Tomato and Cucumber for each person. Chop the Cabbage, Cucumber, Onion, Red onion and about 1/2 Avocado. Add 2-3 olives

    Mix all ingredients

    Mix all ingredients if you eat dairy product a pice of Feta cheese will add a wonderful taste to the salad and it's the time to add it just before dressing.

    Add Dressing and Serve Immediately

    The order of adding the dressing ingredients is crucial. Remember adding the ingredients in this order 'SOL' Salt, Olive Oil and Lemon. Mix the dressing with the veggies and serve immediately
