Ingredients
- 1 bunch washed, trimmed and crisped Spinach
- 1/2 thinly sliced English cucumber
- 2 halved Grape Tomatoes
- 1 cut into strips, Green Bell Pepper
- 1 cut into strips, Red Bell Pepper
- 24 or as desired Greek Olives
- 3/4 cup whole natural, toasted Almonds
- 1 cup (1/4 lb.) crumbled Feta Cheese
Three Herb Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 minced Garlic Clove
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
- 3/4 cup Olive Oil
- To taste Salt and Pepper

Greek Spinach Salad will become one of your favorites. It can go with almost any meal and, really, we could all use more spinach in our diets!
